STATION.--401157075032001 BUCKS COUNTY, local wellnumber BK1020 LOCATION.--Lat 40`11'57", long75`03'20", Hydrologic Unit 02040201, at Naval Air DevelopmentCenter in Warminster Township. OWNER.--United States Navy. AQUIFER.--Sandstone and shale of Stockton Formation ofLate Triassic age. WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled observation artesianwell, diameter 6 in., depth 400 ft, cased to 57 ft, open hole. INSTRUMENTATION.--Data collection platform with30-minute recording interval. Satellite telemetry at station. DATUM.--Elevation of land surface is 370 ft above sealevel, from topographic map. Measuring point: Top of plywood shelf, 1.9ft above land-surface datum. REMARKS.--Operated by Bucks County Planning CommissionSeptember 1975 to March 1988. Daily maximum, minimum, and mean waterlevels since October 1994 are available from the District Office. PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 1975 to currentyear. COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of thisstation is provided by the Pennsylvania Department of EnvironmentalProtection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
